Yes. Phone Government provides the device at no cost to customers who are approved for Lifeline service through us. There are no activation fees and shipping is free.
Can I choose my free phone?
Yes. Pick your preferred device during the application. If a model is out of stock, we'll offer a comparable device before shipping.
Are the free phones new or refurbished?
Devices may be new or certified pre-owned. All devices are inspected, tested and cleaned before shipping.
Can I get a free tablet and a phone?
Yes, through our phone and tablet combo. Lifeline itself is limited to one benefit per household.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after Lifeline approval and arrive in 3–7 business days.
