Service
Phone Government provides Lifeline-supported wireless service to eligible customers on nationwide partner networks. Coverage is not guaranteed in all locations.
Eligibility
Service is available only to customers approved under FCC Lifeline rules. You agree to provide accurate information and to recertify annually.
Plans and charges
The Lifeline Free plan is $0 per month for eligible customers. Optional upgrades are billed at the price shown at the time of purchase plus applicable taxes and fees.
Devices
Free devices are provided subject to availability. Devices may be new or certified pre-owned. Device unlocking follows applicable federal rules.
Acceptable use
Service is for personal, lawful use. Reselling service or using it for unlawful activity is prohibited.
Termination
Service may end if you no longer qualify, fail to recertify, do not use service for 30 days after notice, or violate these terms.
