When you apply, we collect information required by FCC Lifeline rules, such as your name, date of birth, last 4 digits of your SSN or Tribal ID, address, contact details, and eligibility information. We also collect basic website usage data.
How we use your information
We use your information to determine Lifeline eligibility, enroll you through the Lifeline National Verifier and NLAD, provide service and devices, provide customer support and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information with USAC, the FCC, state agencies, our network and shipping partners only as necessary to provide Lifeline service or as required by law.
Security
We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data. Never send your full SSN by email.
